In the late 80's Jerri D. Thomas began consulting due to the consistent demand for her insightful HR and org development abilities. A few years later, she incorporated and formally began doing business as The Competence Group (TGC) 52-1963151 which has since continued to develop and deliver highly focused business services to ensure employer success and maturity.
With more than 35 years of accomplished human resource, operations administration, IT/software engineering, and organizational development expertise and TCG is proud to continue with our unique family of services, custom designed tools, and other supports to meet your needs.
Job Designers, Custom Forms and Templates, and HR Stats and Studies comprise our current family of high quality, custom support services. Also in development is a suite of career focused intern tracking tools, InternTracking Management System (IMS).
Our newest service, Execs On Loan, speaks to the heart of employer success. Execs On Loan is a confidential registry of senior to c-level execs who want to help employers that need high-end, executive level expertise. Employers subscribe to acces our SME registry, senior executives register to make themselves available.
