Privacy Policy of The Competence Group
Custom Forms and Templates.com, HRStats and Studies.com, InternTracking.com, and Job Designers.com, are all services offered and delivered by The Competence Group.
We have established this privacy policy to ensure you are aware of how your information is protected, collected or used on all of our sites, and reserve the right to modify or update this policy as deemed necessary.
The Competence Group will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice on all The Competence Group sites.
1. Protecting your privacy
- There are "NO" banner ads, pop ups, pop unders, or any other kind of commercial ads deployed from any of our websites.
- We "DO NOT" share your information with third or external parties for marketing purposes deployed from any of our websites.
- We "DO NOT" engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs with other sites deployed from any of our websites.
- We "DO NOT" use tracking devices for marketing purposes ("cookies," "web beacons," single-pixel gifs) deployed from any of our websites.
- We "DO NOT" deploy communication solicitations in any form from any of our websites for marketing or any other related purpose.
The Competence Group does not knowingly collect or accept any information from persons under the age of 13.
The Competence Group may elect to provide link(s) external websites, which may have different privacy practices, HOWEVER, we "are not responsible for, nor have any control over the privacy policies of any external or third or external party website. We strongly encourage all vistiors and customers and visitors to read "ALL" privacy policies of each website that visited and undestand that they utilize those sites at their own risk."
2. Data Collection
We sometimes collect your email address and other information but only for purposes self-publishing, confirmation contact, billing, accounts, or other information that has resulted from a business transaction with a client. We reserve the right to collect such data should we develop and delopy subscription or other email services, or in registering for a blogs, forums, etc that is hosted by The Competence Group.
At this time, The Competence Group does not collect or store credit card information, or conduct direct card transactions online thru any of its website, but reserves the right to do so thru its financial gateway as a meaning of collecting billables. We endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during any transmission by ensuring that our financial gateway provider uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other verification protection technologies forthcoming. We do not collect personal information unless you choose to provide it in feedback or comments, or unless you contact us directly. Please do not post any personal information to forums or other mediums that has an inherent expectation of private should such mediums be developed. We reserve the right to collect billable information via corporate check and the financial gateway of our choosing that offers payments thru a variety of secure transaction options.
3. Stored Data
Should it become necessary pursuant to our Data Collection policy, we reserve the right to store clien data in database systems under our control for said purposes, and even after "deletion," and to archived elsewhere for historical, tax, and customer follow-up.
4. Release of Information
The Competence Group will NOT disclose any information about its customers and visitors unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. The Competence Group may also disclose information about its customers and visitors to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of The Competence Group, its customers, visitors, or the public at large.
